It's a '76 modified stock frame, about 4" in the down tubes, 1" in the backbone, and the seat rails dropped down. 
It's running a Sporty tank and forwards, a custom built oil tank and a French Army first aid kit to house the electrics. 
My favorite piece, though, is the US Army World War II bayonet that my grandfather carried mounted as the gear shift.
